What time is the leasing office open?

Mon – Fri: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sat: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sun: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm

What is included in the price of a shared room?

All utilities are included, which includes electricity, water, sewer, cable TV, internet service and trash removal. All of our shared rooms come equipped with 2 beds, 2 mattresses, 2 desks with desk chairs, 2 spacious closets, a private bathroom with a sink, shower curtain, trash can, microwave and mini-refrigerator.

What is included in the price of a private room?

Are there any room specials?

Yes. We always have room specials and free meals for our on-site cafeteria, Bistro 106 Cafe. View our specials here

What transportation do you have to get to and from classes?

For UCF Students: UCF provides transportation to and from CVI every 20 minutes! For more information visit UCF Off-Campus Shuttle

For Full Sail Students: Our Full Sail shuttle will take residents to and from class at no additional charge. The shuttle schedule coincides with Full Sail’s class times so students won’t be late to class.

Do I have to pay for Internet?

No. Every room has its own Internet access point, so all you have to do is bring a router (to give you your own Wi-Fi connection), an Ethernet cable (connect your router directly into our main student network), and your laptop!

Is there a study area?

Yes. We have our very own study room so you can focus on an assignment or collaborate with other students. You can reserve the room ahead of time by visiting the front desk.

Are there employment opportunities nearby?

Yes. Here is a list of businesses near UCF’s campus which fall approximately within a three (3) square mile radius of CVI. These are the target companies we offer participation within our internal work opportunity program.
